Made some changes to make the app compatible with vista.
There was an issue with the sandbar.dll (used for menus) which was blowing up in vista. so, I:

1. Gutted sandbar.dll, ported over native .net menu's / toolbars,

2. Refactored (ever so slightly) some of the code and made the main window sizable, and

3. Added a splitter in between the two main areas on the form (current binds list, and binding options / configuration)
